Where it all began.....

 

Fresh Bocs was created in April 2013 from a vague idea that I wanted to set up a sustainable local food supply network. North Wales is an incredibly productive area that boasts world-class food and drink and yet it's so hard to get hold of locally produced foods without driving for miles and spending days searching.

 

I am passionate about the social and environmental benefits of buying local, and the importance of locally owned and operated food supply systems.

 

The idea behind Fresh Bocs is to create a link between producers and consumers that operates on a small, sustainable and local scale which enables people to access a wide range of fresh, artisan and ethically sourced products.
