This is Very Important. Please read the information below before placing your order.

1.) Minimum order value:

The minimum order amount is £10.

 

2.) Order deadline:

Orders must be received by midnight on Thursday for delivery on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the following week. This is because much of our veg, salad and fruit is picked fresh to order and we need time to gather everything together for us to deliver to you. 

 

3.) Delivery locations:

We offer a range of options throughout the week, including FREE home and workplace delivery in specific areas. Please select your preferred option from the drop-down list when you checkout.

 

Our current FREE delivery schedule is:

 

Wednesday

1:00pm to 2:00pm: Menai Bridge and Treborth area

2:00pm to 5:00pm: Bangor area, Bangor University, Parc Menai, Penrhosgarnedd

5:00pm to 8:30pm: Brynrefail, Cwm y Glo, Llanberis

 

Thursday

5:00pm to 8:30pm: Mynydd Llandegai, Glasinfryn, Tregarth

 

Friday

4:00pm to 8:30pm: Bethesda, Carneddi, Gerlan, Llanllechid, Rachub

 

Or contact us if you'd like to collect your order direct from Pandy Farm - we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you would like a delivery to an area not listed above please get in touch to discuss.

 

4.) If you're not in when we deliver

Type a message into the comments box when you checkout if you want us to leave your order somewhere safe, e.g. in the shed or round the side of the house. Ideally please leave a clean, lidded plastic box for us to place your items in as we cannot be held responsible for damage to goods left in your absence.

 

 

No delivery point in your area? If there are a group of you wanting to order for delivery to a single location (for example friends, neighbours, workplace, community group etc.), then please contact us to find out about setting up a delivery point to suit your needs.
